« it took almost an hour to track down staff to check in. I had to get three phone calls from the manager and search the hotel property knocking on hotel doors to wake staff up, only to have the manager scream at me on the phone and hang up on me. the building is falling apart even the outside overhang has pieces hanging down that are falling, paint is peeling, doors have signs that they are to be immediately vacated due to health and safety reasons, the brick wall in the reception area literally...

« This property is now Quality Inn, no longer Asteria. The employees really need training, the breakfast was disappointing, the property needs a face lift. It was not awful, it was just kind of disappointing. I would grade it a C minus at best. »
